Return & Exchange Policy
At Breathe LaWheeziana Apparel, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. With a 5% Restocking fee for all return items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
- Original tags, when applicable, must still be attached.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized merchandise
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and post your refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or eligible replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error on our part.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Breathe LaWheeziana Apparel is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.
